Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern use of this website and purchase of services from Research and AI Solutions L.L.C-FZ.

1. Services. We provide online workshops, short courses, and consulting services in research methodology, biostatistics, health management, information technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence.
2. Registration and payment. Registration is not complete until payment is successfully received. Website prices and secure checkout charges are processed in USD.
3. Promotion codes. Promotion codes are subject to stated eligibility, validity dates, program scope, and combination rules. One code may be used per registration. A code may either combine with full-program pricing or replace it when the promotion produces a lower eligible total; the payment summary identifies the rule applied. Codes have no cash value and must be entered before payment. We may request institution details or reasonable proof of eligibility and may correct or cancel a registration where a restricted code is misused.
4. Customer responsibility. You are responsible for providing accurate registration and contact information and for reviewing the selected sessions, dates, available times, prices, and policies before payment.
5. Schedule and enrollment. Session times may be announced or adjusted before delivery. Some workshops are subject to a stated minimum enrollment. The applicable transfer and refund protections are described in our Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy.
6. Service delivery. Services are delivered as described on the relevant workshop, registration, or service page. Access details and updates may be sent by email or WhatsApp.
7. CME/CPD accreditation. CME/CPD accreditation is currently being coordinated through Aqaba Medical Sciences University and remains subject to final approval by the Jordan Medical Council. Final approved hours will be announced once official confirmation is issued.
8. Educational scope. Workshop content is educational. It does not replace clinical judgment, institutional policy, specialist advice, validated medical references, or applicable professional requirements.
9. Participant conduct and confidentiality. Participants must not share identifiable patient information or other confidential data during workshops or through public AI tools.
10. Intellectual property. Workshop materials, presentations, templates, recordings, and other resources remain the property of Research and AI Solutions L.L.C-FZ unless otherwise stated. They may not be redistributed, recorded, copied, or sold without written permission.
11. Technology. Participants are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and access to any tools identified before a session. We are not responsible for disruption caused by a participant’s equipment or internet connection.
12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Research and AI Solutions L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, workshop content, or a service.
13. Changes. We may update these terms when necessary. The version published on this website applies from its stated update date.
